Professional

I am employed as a senior analyst programmer at the Australian Catholic University (ACU). ACU also retains my services for lecturing where I am also employed as a sessional lecturer. My area of speciality is programming (kind of fits my job title hey), and I lecture in php and MySQL.

Interests and Hobbies

Currently I don't have any interests outside of programming that I actively pursue (apart from the stuff that everyone does like movies, reading, going out etc). In the past I have played indoor cricket, outdoor cricket and squash. I was going join a team for 10pin bowls, but found it cheaper to just rock up on a Friday night with my mates than play in the competition once a week. I did dancing for many years and have taken up aerobics again. Now I'm looking at taking up touch footy, and continue art classes where I have been learning how to paint.

Army Reserve

I was in the Army Reserve, and for the most part had a good time. Did lots of military exercises, drove plenty of trucks, fired lots of guns, saw lots of stuff and still managed to maintain my sanity. I even got a ride in a helicopter! All in all, the green machine was good for me, and I can throughly recommend it for all young men and women.

Website Goal

My goal with having this website is to pursue my interest in programming and showcase some of my skills.
